Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from Spain.

SHIPPING

Peninsular Spain

• Standard shipping: 4–7 business days
• Free shipping on orders over €150
• Shipping cost for smaller orders: calculated at checkout

Europe

We ship to several European countries.
Shipping times and costs may vary by destination and will be displayed before completing your order.

Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with current European regulations.

Conditions for accepting a return

The garment must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• in perfect condition,
• with original tags,
• and in its original or similar packaging.

REVÉS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable products

For hygiene or personalization reasons, some items may not be returnable.
In the case of garments made to specific measurements or personalized, returns will not be possible unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return

To request a return:

• Indicate: order number, full name, product you wish to return.

We will send you instructions to complete the process.

Refunds

Once the return is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The process may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.

Defective products

If your order arrives with any defect or issue, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching photographs of the product.
